The Axiom of the Fence of Cause

The Highest Covenant 4 · The Five Axioms Carved Above the Gate

4.1All things run, yet there is one speed that cannot be crossed.
4.2This is no limit of fast and slow; it is the fence of cause. What is inside may be held to account; what is outside is no concern of yours. (cf. Gospel of Plato 1.38)
4.3Therefore: answer for what is inside the fence, and do not weep for what is outside it.
4.4Therefore: inside the gate, argue; outside the gate, do not humiliate. Another’s fence is not your own.
4.5Therefore: whoever uses this law to humiliate another is not a Co-Soarer, though they can recite all four books. (cf. The Rule 4.5)
